Trying to get more teens and young adults just like me to come to the HA, if that is the Lord's will for them... :D
I really like this call center and the people I work with are amazing.
I used to call in enrollment, where I talked with the people who were accepted to come.
I loved that department and my call team was phenomenal!!
Now, I am a supervisor in recruitment. I have a team that I oversee, who are also amazing people.
there names are Gregory Kielbiski, Tony Klazar, Bronson Allen, and Whitney Villanueve.
It's such a blessing to be a part of their lives and I'm so glad I get to see them every day for the majority of the day.
What I typically spend my day doing includes a whole lot of randomness.
I answer the many questions and e-mails that come my way, go over my intern's lists with them to help them know what needs to be done, keep their lists cleaned up and many other necessary tasks! That's definitely not why I love working in the MOB though.
I love the MOB for the purpose. The Honor Academy has changed my life so drastically and I know that God wishes to use this place to do the same in many other lives. Our job as MOB callers is to find those people among the hundreds of leads we have and get them here no matter what. We fight for those who will one day be fighting for their generation. the people that come to the HA are the ones that will change the world, but they can't do that without being equipped to do so. That's why they come here, to gain the knowledge and training as well as passion and zeal necessary for world changing. And that is why I love being in the MOB. I'm calling forth world changers, quite literally.
